An invitation to lie down in Yoga Nidra and connect within this healing circle on zoom ~ from the comfort of your own home ~ once a fortnight on a wednesday evening with Harshani ~ Reiki Master Teacher, Heart of Living Yoga Teacher Trainer & Heart of Healing trainer.

Open to all, no prior experience necessary ~ Harshani will lead you through a healing journey.

The link will open 5 minutes before we start, so please have your space ready, so you can simply lie down in a comfortable place to be warm & able to rest the most. 
It's good to switch off phones, so you can be un-disturbed & able to rest deeply into the guided healing circle nidra.
